Nicky's future career is a clear cut

Eighteen-year-old Nicky Lee from Rubery is set to become a professional hair stylist thanks to a handful of practical qualifications from Bournville College.

After leaving Colmers School at the age of 16, Nicky went to work as a hair salon assistant, helping with general running of the salon. This is when she discovered her passion for hairdressing and decided to become a hairdresser herself. One year later, at the age of 17, she came to Bournville College to get properly qualified.
