Rosie thumbApprentice's career path is looking Rose-y thanks to learning programme

Apprenticeships are an excellent way of learning and gaining work experience, as discovered by Rose Adams from Edgbaston. Rose went from strength to strength, completing her apprenticeship and later on her advanced apprenticeship at Bournville College. She is now studying the Diploma in Adult Nursing at Birmingham City University.

When Rose left school at the age of 16, she considered different course options. Having had a seasonal job whilst at school and being the type of person who likes to learn through practical experience, the choice was clear – an apprenticeship.
